You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its functioning.
Certain features of the App may require the creation of a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
All content, graphics, logos, and code used in the App are the property of CaptainDahab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and CaptainDahab disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify you within the App or via email where applicable. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where CaptainDahab operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For disputes, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably.

This Privacy Policy explains how CaptainDahab collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the App. Please read it carefully.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us deliver and operate the App (for example, Firebase, Google, or ad partners). We will only share the minimum data necessary for the service to function. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Certain diagnostic logs and backups may be retained for a limited period for security and debugging purposes.
You can delete your account at any time using the in-app option: Settings → Delete Account. Alternatively, you can request account and data deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your account email or user ID.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will promptly remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will post updates in the App and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after material changes constitutes acceptance.
